WELCOME TO THE LOWER CAPE KIDS RIDE!
OUR RIDE IS A BLAST!

GEAR UP...the Lower Cape Ride will take place
Sunday, September 30th!

PMC Kids Rides give children ages 3-14 from the Lower Cape and beyond the opportunity to experience the joy of volunteerism and charitable giving through physical fitness and community spirit. 100% of funds raised go to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute to support cancer treatment and research.

This will be Ride NUMBER 11 for the Lower Cape!
Over the years we have had the privilege of honoring local children in cancer treatment as our pedal partner.  It is an honor and wonderful feeling to be able to come together as a community to support these local families!

A little more about our ride....(it's awesome!)
Riders will have the option of 3 different rides.
ALL RIDERS AND ADULT VOLUNTEERS MUST WEAR HELMETS!
  • Tykes & Trikes, an enclosed toddler-friendly course for children on their first set of wheels...tricycles, hot wheels, small bikes, striders.  Children may loop as many times as they'd like and can take breaks at any time.
  • The Hard Top Challenge, a larger enclosed loop for training wheels and intermediate riders.  Children may loop as many times as they'd like and can take breaks at any time.
  • The Trail Ride, an out and back ride on the bike trail for advanced riders (8 miles round trip) there will be a water stop at the turn around point.  Adult volunteer riders will be grouped with children.  Parents/families are encouraged to participate as volunteer riders...must register as a volunteer and wear a helmet!
As always we will celebrate our riders accomplishment with a family picnic...music & cookout! Bring blankets, chairs and smiles! Once again the Buzzz Bus will join us bringing treats for all and free ice cream for riders!
More details and updates to come, stay tuned and follow on Facebook.
If you have ideas, questions or are interested in ways to be involved please contact me. (info above)

See you there!
