FUNDRAISING

When your child registers online, he or she will get their own personal fundraising page. There is a $30 minimum fundraising amount for each child. 100% of all donations go to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. We hope that many riders will raise more than this! Our goal is to raise as much money as possible while giving children the opportunity to experience charitable giving for a wonderful cause. Riders are encouraged to raise money on their own.

Riders who raise $300 will receive a Heavy Hitter sack pack, and those who raise $800 or more will receive a Breakaway Fundraiser backpack.

We strongly encourage donations to be made online whenever possible. All other cash or check donations (made payable to the PMC) can be sent to the PMC (info here) or bring the day of the ride at check-in.

Donations can be made by clicking "DONATE” from the ride page where you can choose to "Sponsor a Rider” you know or "Sponsor the MEDFIELD PMC Kids Ride”.

All rider donations are due by September 1st.

VOLUNTEER:

Too old to ride? If you are 13 or older, you can join the fun as a volunteer. Please come support the return of the PMC Kids Ride to Medfield! Volunteers are essential to the success of the PMC Kids Ride. Get the whole family involved and support the event by working at registration, the water stop, ride guide, clean-up and more! All volunteers receive a PMC t-shirt. You can register on-line to volunteer here.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available and encouraged. We are gratefully accepting individual and corporate donation items (sporting tickets, gift cards, baskets, etc.) to be included in the raffle the day of the ride.

Since 1980, the Pan-Mass Challenge has raised $598 million for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for cancer care and research. The PMC Kids Rides program gives children the opportunity to pick up their own bikes and start pedaling for a cure. 100% of donations go directly to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute!

Thank you,
