Welcome to the PMC Plymouth Kids Ride!
We are thrilled to be holding our fourth PMC Kids Ride to raise money for the Jimmy Fund at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This is a fantastic opportunity for kids to become involved in their community and a great cause!
This year, we will be holding it amongst the shady pines of Charge Pond in the DCR Myles Standish State Forest! Riders can circumnavigate the pond, featuring a wide, paved road and a few gently rolling hills. Celebrate your ride with a party at the finish line with music provided by 105.7 WROR, games, food, arts and crafts, and fantastic raffle items! Special visitors include the New England Revolution, Gobbles from the Plymouth Pilgrims, and Serious Cycles providing Event Support.
Register online by clicking Register to Ride on the right. Then start raising money and spreading the word. As an added bonus this year: each registered rider has the opportunity to win a bike! Two bikes (one small and one large) have been generously donated by Sweet Monday, a ladies organization dedicated to fellowship and outreach in the Plymouth area. No raffle ticket purchase necessary for this, you earn the chance just by signing up!
Each child raising $250 or more qualifies as a Heavy Hitter and receives special recognition and gift!
Those riders who raise $700 or more are Breakaway superstars and will be rewarded with a fantastic PMC surprise!
Adults and teens 14+, can you help? Click on Register to Volunteer at right to lend a hand.
Get your rider number, wristband, tee shirt, and water bottle at the 9AM Registration.
Riders may bring cash and check contributions (made payable to PMC) to Check-In. Better yet, have your donors contribute for your ride online (which saves the PMC processing costs) by clicking on the E-gift button at the top of the website page. Minimum of $25 per rider is due by the day of the Ride.
Opening Ceremonies begin promptly at 10AM. Ride a loop or several! Then come back for a rockin' fun party at 11AM.
Don't forget: 100% of rider raised money goes right to Dana Farber! Let's do this!
