Available Routes

Sturbridge Challenge
This route will loop all the way around Burgess Elementary and riders can go around as many times as they want – stop by the lap punch area, grab some water and a snack and head out again!

Burgess Express
A shorter route looping inside the Burgess parking lot – a great route for those still on training wheels.

The mandatory fundraising amount per rider is $25, but some kids raise a lot more than that! In fact, riders who raise $250 or more will be honored as a PMC Kids Heavy Hitter, and riders who raise over $750 will be honored as a PMC Kids Breakaway Fundraiser. There are lots of ways to fundraise - here are some ideas:

Host a PMC Yard Sales
Have a bake sale or a lemonade stand
Collect spare change
Write notes to family and friends asking for their support

Let us know your favorite fundraising ideas - we would love to hear about them!

Adults and teens ages 14+ can get involved too! Click on Register to Volunteer.

Why Ride with Us?
PMC Kids Rides give children the opportunity to experience the joy of volunteerism and charitable giving through physical fitness and community spirit. The PMC is the nation’s first fundraising bike-a-thon and today raises more money than any other athletic event in the country. Kids also have the option to raise funds in the name of a relative or friend fighting cancer or to dedicate their ride to a special person. Click on "fundraising" in the top menu to learn great ways to make a big difference!

100% of every rider-raised dollar goes directly to the Jimmy Fund.
