Who will YOU ride for ?
You are invited to join us on Sunday, June 8th to Ride or Volunteer at this year’s event.
Bring your passion and enthusiasm to help in our continued fight against
cancer. Over the past 6 years families from Westwood and surrounding towns have come together to raise over $300K toward life-saving cancer research. With your help we hope to raise $60,000 this year.
The Mission of the Westwood Kids Ride is to teach our children the value of working for the benefit of
others, while promoting physical fitness and community spirit. It’s hard to
imagine a family that has not been affected by cancer and this is a great way
for kids to pitch in and make a difference.
Kids, ages 3 to 15, can choose one of three bike routes: the 1-mile Kids Loop, the 5-mile
Challenge Route or the Westwood Warrior 10-mile. But
most important is the fundraising – we need kids who are dedicated to the
cause and help raise money to find a cure. Work to be a PMC Heavy Hitter by raising $250 or more and get entered in a raffle for a new bike!
Stay for the post-ride party to celebrate with music, food, raffle and fun for
Adults and teens
are encouraged to Volunteer. Choose a job that works for you - register
to help out before the event or on Ride Day. This event would not be possible
without our volunteers!
Thanks for supporting our community as we work together to end cancer,
